Pro­ject and ob­jec­ti­ves

The pro­per­ty de­ve­lop­ment de­part­ment of the ci­ty of Stockholm nee­ded to car­ry out an in­ve­s­ti­ga­tion of sub­si­den­ce that had oc­cur­red along the eas­tern part of Båt­byg­gar­ga­tan in the district of Ham­m­ar­by Sjös­t­ad. Ge­o­sig­ma was com­mis­sio­ned to pro­du­ce a re­port. The ob­jec­ti­ve was to iden­ti­fy whether or not the sub­si­den­ce was li­kely to con­ti­nue in or­der to pro­vi­de a ba­sis for de­ci­sion-ma­king on the me­a­su­res to be ta­ken.

De­scrip­tion

The in­ve­s­ti­ga­tion in­vol­ved eva­lu­a­ting the ro­ad le­vels, the wa­ter le­vels in ac­ces­sib­le pi­pe­li­nes, the re­sults of pre­vious stu­di­es and sub­si­den­ce cal­cu­la­tions. At a la­ter stage, the ac­ces­sib­le pi­pes we­re vi­de­o­ed in or­der to as­sess their sta­tus.
