We can draw up provisional plans, tender documents and working documents. By using the resources and skills of other business units within Geosigma, we can also offer in-depth hydrological, hydrogeological, geophysical, geotechnical and environmental analyses.

Transfer pipes
Transfer pipes for water or pressurised sewage are laid underground or underwater. Geosigma has specialist expertise in the different methods of laying pipelines. We have many years’ experience in this area and also handle all types of permit issues.
We are highly skilled and experienced in selecting materials, using trenchless technology, choosing the correct size and weighting for underwater pipes and planning and designing pressure boosting stations and sewage pumping stations.
Permits are needed for underwater pipelines. We can manage all the permit issues relating to this type of pipeline. This may include consultation, preparing environmental impact statements, submitting applications to the environmental court and establishing monitoring programmes for the implementation process.
Our skills range from preliminary studies and initial planning through to detailed planning, preparing tender documents, help with procurement under the terms of the Swedish Public Procurement Act, managing permits, and construction and project management throughout the entire construction phase.
In addition, we also have extensive experience of pipeline systems at changeover points, for example at the boundary between a holiday home area and an area with detailed planning where the local authority is responsible for the water and sewage systems.
